1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website and services.

2. Services We Provide

Lotus Blue Solutions offers two categories of services:

A) Training & Education Services

  • Web development courses
  • Programming & software development training
  • Online/offline classes
  • Course materials & assignments

B) Web Development & Software Services

  • Website design & development
  • Custom software development
  • UI/UX design
  • Application development
  • Technical consulting
  • Maintenance and support

We may update or modify services as needed.

3. Enrollment for Training Programs

  • Enrollment is confirmed only when full payment is received.
  • Students must provide accurate personal information.
  • Access to course materials may be revoked in case of misuse or false information.

4. Project Onboarding for Web/Software Development Clients

Clients seeking development services must:

  • Provide clear project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Sign a project agreement or work order before development begins
  • Approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
  • Make payments as per the agreed milestones

Lotus Blue Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject projects based on feasibility.

5. Payments

For Students

  • Payments are accepted through Zoho Payments.
  • Full payment must be completed 48 hours before course commencement.

For Development Clients

  • Payments must be made according to the proposal or milestone plan.
  • Project work will begin only after the initial advance payment is received.
  • Delayed payments may pause or suspend project progress.

We do not store your complete card or banking information.

6. Refunds

Refunds are provided as per our Refund Policy, which applies mainly to students. Development projects follow a different structure:

Refunds for Training Programs

  • 100% refund if cancelled 7 days before the course
  • 70% refund (30% fee) if cancelled within 7 days
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours
  • No refund once classes start

Refunds for Development Projects

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the project has started
  • Initial consultation and setup fees are non-refundable
  • Any refundable amount will depend on:
    • Work completed
    • Hours spent
    • Resources allocated
    • Contract terms

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment source.

7. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, code snippets, templates, text, graphics, and project documents are the intellectual property of Lotus Blue Solutions.

Users and clients may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Share internally or externally

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals
  • Ensure all inputs are original and legally usable
  • Avoid scope changes unless discussed and agreed in writing
  • Maintain communication during project execution

Delays from the client side may extend delivery timelines.

9. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly
  • Complete assignments independently
  • Maintain discipline
  • Avoid sharing course materials publicly

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Project Timelines

While we aim to deliver projects on schedule, timelines may shift due to:

  • Client delays
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Scope modifications

We are not liable for delays caused by external or client-side issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Blue Solutions is not liable for:

  • Business losses or revenue drops
  • Data loss due to client-side errors
  • Issues caused by hosting providers or third-party tools
  • Guaranteeing job placements for students
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our maximum liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

14. Copyrights & Intellectual Property

14.1 Ownership of Content

All content provided by Lotus Blue Solutions—including but not limited to:

  • Course videos
  • Study materials & notes
  • Assignments & exercises
  • Website content
  • UI/UX designs
  • Source code, scripts, and frameworks
  • Project documents
  • Logos, branding, and graphics
  • Online platform content

is the exclusive intellectual property of Lotus Blue Solutions and Buyex Fintech Solutions. No rights are transferred unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.

14.2 Restrictions for Students

Students are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying or reproducing course materials
  • Sharing videos or PDFs with others
  • Uploading materials to the internet
  • Using our content to conduct their own classes
  • Selling or distributing training content

Any form of reproduction or distribution without written permission is considered copyright infringement and may lead to legal action.

14.3 Restrictions for Development Clients

Unless stated in a signed contract:

  • All source code, design files, and prototypes remain the property of Lotus Blue Solutions until the client completes 100% payment.
  • After full payment, the client receives a license to use the product—not ownership of the underlying frameworks, reusable components, or proprietary tools used during development.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand the deliverables without permission.

Reuse of our code, templates, or designs in other commercial projects requires prior written approval.

14.4 Third-Party Licenses

Some projects may use:

  • Open-source libraries
  • Third-party APIs
  • Software tools
  • Licensed components

Clients and students must follow the respective license terms (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.). Lotus Blue Solutions is not responsible for license violations caused by improper use of third-party tools by the user.
