At Lotus Blue Solutions, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process for all students enrolling in our web development and software training programs. Please read the refund terms carefully before making a payment.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only to the original source account from which the payment was made.
  • Students must submit valid proof of payment and identity to initiate a refund request.

2. Refund Timeline & Charges

a) Cancellation 7 Days Before Course Commencement

  • 100% refund to the original payment source
  • No cancellation charges
  • Banking charges may apply

b) Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Commencement

  • 30% cancellation fee
  • 70% of the amount will be refunded
  • Banking charges may apply

c) Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Course Commencement

  • 50% cancellation fee
  • 50% of the amount will be refunded
  • Banking charges may apply

d) No Refund After the Course Starts

Once the classes have started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Payment Completion Requirement

  • Students must complete full payment at least 48 hours before the class begins.
  • Enrollment will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Students can use Bank Transfer/ Payment Gateways/UPI. Please note cash payments are not entertained.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification of documents.
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
